Behind the Campaign  – Our Favourite Local Spots at Casuarina Beach, NSW

La Maison Pacifique – “The Peaceful House”

Our two day shoot at the stunning La Maison Pacifique – click to read more  – reinforced SunSoaked’s love of Australian beaches and the luxury on our doorstep.

La Maison Pacifique – provided the perfect luxury laid back vibe for our tribe of production crew and models on Day 1 and everyday women staying over and modelling for the #SunSoakedSisterhood shoot on Day 2.

From the pre-shoot final prep meetings in the serene light filled dining room to celebratory  lunch and dinners on decked terrace the house felt peaceful with the waves and laughter the only backdrop pre shoot prep dinner done out on the terrace, and converting one of the 5 bedrooms into styling suites for our models and everyday #SunSoaked women hair and makeup.

An innovative menu focussing on fresh local produce and home from 6.30am for breakfast (and coffee !)  lunch every day and tapas and dinner Thursday to Saturday.

Jacqui and her team kept our talent and production team nourished, full and happy with their beautiful salads – Halloumi & Quinoa and the Tofu Asian Salad our firm favourites. Not to be missed if you are in the area.

Mongo Boards SUP – Another wonderful family owned local business Mick, Alice and their young family are passionate about Stand Up Paddling.

This ancient form of surfing its Hawaiian heritage has become very popular promoting strength, fitness and balance in its many forms, racing, flat and surf. Alice and Mick were kind to lend us some boards for the SunSoaked Sisterhood #MySunSoakedLife video and photo shoot and we even managed to rope in Alice to model our Emma Prendimi one piece out on the water.
