See what steps we are taking in response to COVID-19

On behalf of the team here at SUNSOAKED our hearts go out to all those
impacted by COVID-19 — this includes not only those diagnosed with the
virus, but also their friends and family, those whose jobs and schools have
been impacted, those particularly working on the front-line and so many
more. Our focus is, as always, on the health and safety of our employees,
customers and our beloved #SunSoakedSisterhood community.

While we wish we could say this is business as usual, it is not, and so the
steps we are taking listed below are the necessary precautions we feel
comply with the latest health and safety advice provided by the World
Health Organisation (WHO), along with our local and national Government
bodies to review our approach as the situation in Australia evolves.

Looking After Our Team

At SUNSOAKED we have implemented work from home procedures for
most staff while reducing the amount of staff packing orders so that we
only have minimum staff in our Salon at any one time to adhere to strict
social distancing and hygiene measures.


Packing and Orders

Your orders are safe.  Our team are undertaking enhanced hygiene
and following the guidelines set out by our health advisories.
Please be mindful that due to reduced staff in our SUNSOAKED
Salon, there might be a slight delay in the turnaround of your orders.
We would like to thank our customers for their patience and understanding
during these exceptional circumstances that we are operating in. 



We are working with the guidelines set out by our delivery partner
Australia Post. Our default of Signature upon Delivery will be changed
to Authority to Leave to ensure that all parcels are delivered without risk
to the delivery driver or the customer collecting.  During this time, we
ask for all our Australian customers to recommend a safe delivery
location at the time of their order. International deliveries will incur some

By Appointment – Closed

Our Fortitude Valley Salon in Brisbane, Queensland will be closed until
further notice
for fitting appointments to minimise risk to both our
customers and staff. If you have any queries in regards to fit or style,
please get in touch with our Customer Care Team via email
We are still here happily waiting to assist you!



In addition to the precautions we are taking, we are extending our
Returns Policy to 60 days in recognition that some customers may face
difficulty returning their garments.  Refund, Exchange and Store Credit
terms and conditions remain as per our Returns Policy.


How do we stay together?

How we talk has meaning, so it is for this reason that we will be providing
regular updates on how we are coping, and sharing your stories on our
social media platforms. While it is difficult to know what content you
would like to see in this uncertain time, we will be shifting our focus on
messages that are real, brighten your day, uplift and keep us connected.
