FREE SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA FOR ORDERS OVER $150.
Orders under $150 will incur a $9.95 shipping fee.  Sorry we do not deliver to PO boxes.  Delivery times are typically 2-4 working days but are dependant on your location.  Please note purchases made on a weekend will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.
SunSoaked also offers an express shipping option within Australia.  This will incur a $15 fee.  Delivery is typically next working day however it is dependant on your location.

Internationally
FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE FOR ORDERS OVER $150AUD.
Orders under $150AUD will incur a $18 shipping fee and will typically take 5 – 10 working days for delivery.  This is dependent on your location.  Please note purchases made on a weekend will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.  All products are sold on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on receipt. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing any orders for international shipping. Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products or materials and it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for shipping outside Australia.

 

SunSoaked uses registered Australia Post service within Australia and Internationally which allows us to track any purchase.  As we use a registered postal service a signature may be required upon receipt.  It is recommended that you provide an address where you will be located during office hours.  If nobody is available to sign for your delivery, a card will be left and the parcel will be taken to a local post office.

Delivery times given are guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays due to payment authorisation or factors beyond the control of SunSoaked.  SunSoaked cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery as the above times are estimates provided to us by the freight company, being Australia Post.  For locations outside of metropolitan areas please allow an additional two days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

At SunSoaked we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.  So if you change your mind or need to swap a size or colour we will offer you a refund or an exchange on products purchased from this site provided that:

  •  the garment is returned to us in its original condition including packaging;
  • it has not been worn;
  • it has not been washed; and
  • all of the labelling is in tact.

Should the item you wish to exchange be of the same value as the original item, please mail back the unwanted item and we will post out the first exchange free of charge, subsequent exchanges will be charged at our normal postage rates.

You will need to include a copy of your original invoice as this will be needed to process the refund.   Exchanges requested will be subject to availability.  Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt.

Seal and return the merchandise, along with your original invoice, in an appropriate shipping box or envelope using a TRACKABLE service to the address listed above (as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).

Once your return has been received by SunSoaked, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt and inspect the merchandise.  Please contact SunSoaked by email customercare@sunsoaked.com.au should you have any special requirements regarding the return or exchange of your product.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of us receiving your product.  You will be notified via email when this has been processed.  Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they receive it from SunSoaked.

We will process the full refund and you will need to place a new order for a replacement item.  Payment adjustments cannot be made via PayPal.

PLEASE NOTE: Unless your garments are faulty, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded and we will not pay for the cost of sending the goods back to SunSoaked.

 

Sale items returns policy

  1. Online sale item purchases – we accept exchanges for an item of equal or greater value on sale items in accordance with our Returns Policy. We unfortunately do not offer refunds on sale items.
  2. We will offer a full refund should an item be deemed faulty.
